This book contains information abstracted from the microfilm of the original Woodford County, Kentucky, Guardian Bonds (roll #252338) and Woodford County, Kentucky, Executor Bonds (roll #252340) located at the Woodford County Historical Society in Versailles, Kentucky. The Guardian Bonds begin in 1818 and end in November 1874. Dates from April 1824 to 1831, are missing from the microfilm and were not included in this book. Guardian Bond information includes: name of parent, name of child/children, date of bond, guardian, bondsman, and bond amount (after 1853 there was no dollar amount on these bonds). The Executor Bonds on the microfilm begin in 1802 and end in 1855. Executor bond information includes: date of bond, deceased, principal executor, executor #2, surety bondsmen, and amount of bond (after July 5, 1852 there was no dollar amount on these bonds). 100 pages, printed alphabetically by surname of parent (Guardian Bonds) and deceased (Executor Bonds), softbound, comb binding with vinyl overlay (1999).
